Empowering migrants for employment EME -project is about to come to its end by the turn of the year. The aim of this transnational project has been, by mutual learning between the project partners from Finland, Belgium and Sweden, to share, disseminate and adapt good socially inclusive practices that would empower unemployed migrants towards employment. The shared good practices were collected into a EME Methods online handbook that was published in the project’s final seminar in Finland in 24.11.2020.

Through the whole project, TAU researchers of EME-project have participated in all the phases of the project and done action research based follow-up and evaluation. By focusing especially on the joint learning process during the project, researchers created recommendations for promoting joint learning in transnational projects. Researchers have also prepared a broader follow-up and evaluation report of the EME-project which will be published soon.

From EME-project’s webpage, you can find more information about the project. The webpage also includes project news and EME blog where the project participants have shared their experiences from the project journey.
