I have a diverse work experiences including university teaching, research and project management. I have been in University teaching and research role since 2003. Currently, I hold the position of associate professor (on leave) in the department of Public Administration, Islamic University, Bangladesh. I worked also in the department as an assistant professor and lecturer. Currently I am working as an experiential expert in International Tampere Hub project in the school of Business and service at Tampere University of Applied Science. Previously I worked also as an experiential expert (kokemusasiantuntija) in KORKO (korkeakoulun kieltä ja ohjausta maahanmuuttajantaustaisille) project at the school of professional teacher study respectively at Tampere University of Applied Science.
My teaching specializations are on organization theories, administrative sciences, sociology, project management, human resource management, forest management and research methodology. I have completed PhD degree in Administrative Sciences from the Faculty of Management, Tampere University in 2016 and completed the post graduate degree in professional teacher study from Tampere University of Applied science in 2018.
My current research interests are governance and policy capacity, waste management and circular economy, environmental education and sustainable development, vocational and adult education, teaching and learning pedagogy and immigration governance and force migration.
